Meet pasta water's new best friend!
Disco di Sale takes the guesswork out of salting pots of water, making perfectly seasoned pasta and vegetables a snap.
Made by our partners in Trapani, Italy, each disc ("disco" in Italian) contains 10g of our pure Italian fine sea salt.
When boiling or blanching, try one disc for every 6 cups (1.5 quarts) of water. For 1lb of pasta or potatoes, we recommend dropping 3 discs into 18 cups (4.5 quarts) of water, but, as always, feel free to adjust to your tastes.
We don't like dust-collectors. Every item at Realm is selected for its longevity, design, and quality.

Free pickup in store. Free local delivery within a 15 mile radius of our downtown Buffalo shop.
All other orders are shipped via USPS.
Return Policy
Full refunds for any item purchased at full price, returned in its original condition with original packaging, intact within 14 days of your delivery and 10 days of in-store purchase. We do not cover return shipping costs.
After that window, only store credit will be provided.
