Shipping & Returns
All domestic orders are shipped via USPS. Rates are determined by weight and destination. Orders typically ship between 1 and 3 business days. During high volume times this window may be extended.
Orders received on weekends and holidays will be processed no sooner than the following business day.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES
NOTE: If you live in the Buffalo, New York area and would like to avoid return shipping fees, please reach out to us at email@example.com so we can arrange a pick-up or drop-off time for your items.
Returns from the following categories are not accepted: Personal massagers, beauty, and pantry. Unopened body care and bath items are accepted. Opened and used items are not.
Some exceptions are made depending on the circumstances. Please reach out to firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number so we can assist!
We do not accept clothing returns on items worn, damaged, washed, or altered in any way. All original tags must be attached.
Online Return Policy
We will provide a full refund for any item purchased online at full price, returned in its original condition with original packaging, intact, and postmarked to our address within 14 days of your delivery. We do not cover return shipping costs.
To make an online return: If all of the above conditions are met, we will apply a refund to your account for each item returned.
Damaged Items or Wrong Item
If your item arrives damaged or if we sent the wrong item, please email us at email@example.com with your order number and photos so we can arrange a full refund, store credit, or replacement of the item you purchased. Please note that in some cases, due to limited stock, we may not always be able to replace the exact item.
If your package was lost or stolen
We handle these issues on a case by case basis. Please reach out to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so we can assist in locating your package and/or finding a solution.
If we receive your item as a "Return to Sender", we will credit the card used to make the original purchase. Please allow 3 business days for a return to be processed once it arrives at our shop. Please note shipping and handling charges are not refundable. We reserve the right to refuse the return of washed, worn and damaged items, or any item returned after 14 days from original delivery.
